Mark Phelan is a printmaker and Hot Rodder from Taunton MA. I was fortunate to have found Mark by chance, and was glad I did. We spent a good amount of time talking about legacy and what it means to build something by hand. Mark is one of the few that truly embody the old American Spirit.
